Coaching Demo with Critiques by Certifiers
This is an actual coaching session being critiqued by Julia Stewart IAC-CC, CVCC, CMC, CTL, Lead Certifier with Coachville and Barbra Sundquist IAC-CC, CVCC, CMC, Lead Certifier with the International Association of Coaches. This demo was recorded in a live teleclass; please excuse the heavy breathing and other background noise.
It is one of two recordings I used to pass certification with Coachville and the IAC. Both recordings received high scores from certifiers Lea Belair CPC, PCC and Kerul Kassel M.A.S.E, PCC. My client has given written permission to use this session on my web site.
For visitors who want to know what coaching is and how it works; for those who are curious about my coaching style.
For coaches who are considering certification from Coachville, The Thomas Leonard School of Coaching and/or the International Association of Coaches.

Nanci is one of the most dedicated and decisive coaches I know. She consistently extracts the crucial components in a coaching session, while exhibiting warmth and caring that creates trust and openness. Of high integrity, Nanci will always tell you like it is.
Natalie Tucker Miller
Nanci never lets fear or pride hold her back from tackling any challenge head on. She was in my coach certification study group and was always the first to volunteer for the toughest client situations, willing to be vulnerable to learn and positively receive feedback to become the best possible coach. No one more generous of her time and caring. Intuition is her middle name."
Sali Taylor, (Former) IAC Lead Certifier
Having had the honor of working with Nanci Biddle, I want to say she is a model of the kind of coach who is not only talented and passionate, but who consistently does the kind of work that leads to coaching excellence and success. I hope all coaches are inspired to follow in her footsteps.
Julia Stewart, (Former) Coachville Lead Certifier
