Examples of many things we humans tolerate or put up with:
Boundaries being crossed, Frustrations, Unmet Needs, Unfinished Business, Unresolved Issues, Work, Home and other environments, Relationships, People's Behavior including our own.
You are tolerating more than you think. Make a list of things you think you are tolerating, then add others as they come up for you.
Start by writing a list of at least twenty things you are tolerating or putting up with. Then add to your list as other things show up.
You will quickly become aware of how much you are Really tolerating and you will naturally start doing something about it.
Have FUN with this and keep it LIGHT, I promise you will begin to have a sense of FREEDOM.
This is clearing the mind. You may want to clear your physical space, while you are at it.
